Step Three – Wellness
WELLNESS has 3 major legs or wheels......
Body – Mind - Spirit.
Think of a tricycle....you don't get very far if even One tire is flat!!
Body –
Food – eat nutrient-dense, organic foods
In general, the brighter the color of the food,
the more nutrients it has.
Hydrate –
Water is hydrating; many other liquids are NOT!! Be sure to drink purified water. Reverse osmosis is a good system for purifying water. It is recommended to drink ½ oz of water per pound of body weight per day.
Exercise –
the best exercise is the one you will do!!
Intense exercise is not required; gentle movements create wonders!! Sitting is the new smoking!!

Breathing…………….
Relearn and PRACTICE diaphragmatic breathing! The body cannot heal without proper oxygenation. Belly breathing also strengthens the pelvic floor, which makes for fewer 'leaks!!!

The BIGGEST STUMBLING BLOCK to dreams and joy is......Stinkin' Thinkin'....
We all have been trained and have lots of practice with negative self-talk that becomes so automatic we often aren't even aware of it!!! Daniel Amen calls those AutomaticNegativeThoughts ANTS! Those ANTS can be identified, immobilized, and transformed into PLANTS – thoughts that produce lively, affirming & nourishing thoughts that support and encourage us!!
Spirit…..
This is not about which religion is best – there are over 4000 in the world!! ….it is about connection to something beyond the self.
The simplest way to connect to Spirit is to be grateful. The simplest way to express gratitude is to say THANK YOU!
There are so many inspirational things written about gratitude….google it!!
